As Junior Project & Production Manager, you will hold all the creative strings. You guide projects from idea to execution and are the link between cities, municipalities, companies, artists and the team. You keep the overview, plan ahead and are not afraid to roll up your own sleeves.

Project coordination from A to Z

• Guiding the creative process
• Liaise with clients and artists
• Arranging everything for smooth execution: materials, permissions, equipment
• Helping out on site: taping, priming, cleaning up, leaving the site tidy

Management of Tour Elentrik projects

• Maintain relationships with cities, towns and utility companies
• Create schedules and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise workshops and follow up with participants and artists
• Document projects (photo/video) and manage content on communication channels

Support for larger murals

You will support the production of large-scale murals together with artists

Flexibility is key

Weekend work? Not a dealbreaker for you, especially if it's a cool project with volunteers or local impact.

• You are a born organizer with a heart for art and people
• You have a driver's license B
• You have education or experience in event management, communications, art or production
• You work fluently with MS Office (knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or SketchUp is a plus)
• You are fluent in Dutch. Basic knowledge of French is required. English is a plus.
