Mr. June started with graffiti in '85. Heavily influenced by old-school hip-hop and breakdance, he soon fell in love with the concept of graphic design. Although he worked as an art director and came into contact with the big boys in the hectic business world, he soon realised that this hampered his style and forced him to take matters into his own hands. His own graphic design studio was born, offering a multidisciplinary range of art, video, illustration and interactive productions. Later, he found peace in working as a graphic design teacher.

In recent years, he has found a way to combine his love of typography, splashes of colour and the addition of extra dimensions in his own recognisable style. His graffiti roots have evolved into a mix of abstract shapes and forms that can be found on walls, canvas and a multitude of other surfaces. Passionately searching for the perfect form, he continues to create illusions by playing with lines, directions and shades of colour.
