An old wall at the ZAVO school campus on Groenstraat in Zaventem will be brightened up with a vibrant mural by the end of the school year. The design itself is being created with the active participation of the students.
During a brainstorm workshop, students actively shared their creative ideas for the design.
KESSEL Internationally renowned artist Alain Welter is currently putting the finishing touches on a cheerful mural across several facades of GC ’t Dorp in Kessel. It is the beginning of a larger street art initiative. “We want to create ‘meet-art’ in places where people naturally come together.”
A striking new mural can now be admired on the facade of community centre ’t Dorp along the Berlaarsesteenweg. This artwork is the result of a collaboration between the municipality of Nijlen, art platform Treepack, and Luxembourgish street artist Alain Welter.
