We are looking for a Business Developer who takes responsibility for commercial results, not just for conversations.

You build and close deals with:

• cities and public organizations
• corporates, SMEs, and brands
• partners in out-of-home and public visibility

These are processes involving multiple stakeholders, longer cycles, and clear expectations regarding results.

You work on concrete commercial objectives and close substantial deals. 

A large part of your pipeline comes from qualified leads via SDR, founders, and your network. In addition, you develop new opportunities yourself where it makes strategic sense.

Your role does not end with intention or enthusiasm. You bring projects to a clear scope, correct pricing, and effective closing. 

You operate with a mandate, in close consultation with the founders, and share responsibility for Treepack's commercial performance.

You lead substantive commercial discussions and guide decision-making across multiple stakeholders. You translate ambitions into concrete proposals and monitor value, margin, and feasibility. You close deals that hold up in execution and manage your pipeline in a structured manner, taking ownership of your results.

You have experience in business development, sales, or key account management and are familiar with:

• larger deal sizes
• complex stakeholder structures
• longer decision-making process

You work independently, feel comfortable with responsibility, and know when focus makes a process stronger than concessions. 

You speak Dutch fluently, French is a definite asset.
