Treepack brings color and character to the world around us. With large murals, visual storytelling and street art, we make public spaces, commercial buildings and neighborhoods much more engaging. Our projects tell stories, put themes like sustainability and inclusion on the map, and help organizations make their brand identity truly visible.
Your challenge
As Business Developer, you are the face of Treepack in Belgium and the Netherlands, with a focus on the expansion of our projects in the Netherlands. You ensure that our artistic projects reach the right people. You actively build our client portfolio and know exactly how to translate ideas into concrete collaborations with::
- Dutch cities and towns (city marketing, participation, sustainability)
- Dutch large companies and developers
You know how to sell projects to complex organizations, where decisions are made by multiple stakeholders. You switch smoothly between different interlocutors: policy makers, marketing teams, real estate developers and creative colleagues.
What will you do?
- Independently spot opportunities and convert them into valuable leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both public and private clients
- Propose creative overall projects and bring negotiations to a successful conclusion
- Supervising bids and tender processes
- Participate in the growth of Treepack in the Netherlands and strategic markets
What do you bring?
- At least 4 years of experience in business development or project sales
- You have experience selling trajectories to public sector in the Netherlands (cities, municipalities, governments) and/or large companies (B2B)
- A true hunter mentality, with a sense of ownership and results
- You feel comfortable in complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Affinity for art, public space, sustainability or storytelling? Big plus!
