As Sales Coordinator, you decide which requests we take on and which we don't. You monitor the quality of our intake and set the tone for everything that follows.

• You quickly and independently contact new applicants.
• You conduct initial interviews and ask sharp, targeted questions.
• You make clear assessments of potential and dare to make choices.
• You forward qualified leads to our Account Managers and actively follow up on them.
• You maintain overview, structure, and discipline in CRM and pipeline.

• Communicates clearly and confidently, including over the phone.

• Works accurately and in a structured manner (and takes responsibility).
• Maintains an overview and monitors the flow, even when the pace is fast.
• Speaks Dutch and French.

Experience is not a requirement. Insight, maturity, structure, and drive are.
