Kraainem activities in a new look!
In Kraainem you can now walk and cycle along Tour Elentrik, a tour along 10 painted electricity boxes.
Together with the leisure team , Treepack went in search of creative people from Kraainem who wanted to take care of a utility box in this way.
Local artists started the creative preliminary phase in July 2023 where they received all the tips on how to transform colorless utility boxes into unique works of art. They set to work on the theme ' Activities in Kraainem'.
She made applied works of art in and around the centre of Kraainem.
From an abstract landscape to a flower shop and a dove of peace. All creations can still be admired today.
Local artistic talent was given the unique opportunity to bring their work into public space.
