Together with the artist duo Hoodo from Moscow (Russia), we created some new stunning spots in the Benelux in 2018. First there was the cyclist and pedestrian tunnel entitled Aeneas in Eindhoven. A little later they returned for a commissioned mural in Leuven on a wall opposite the office of DMOA architects, and right after that the city of Genk was the subject of our month-long project called "Swinging Genk". A busy summer for this duo!
We really enjoyed their company, and it seemed to be mutual. For one of our team members - also the host during the project in Genk - the artists (Andrej & Olga) made this beautiful mural in an autumnal theme.
Key words were: astronomy - autumn colours - owl.
As you may have noticed, the artists carefully chose a balanced colour palette and placed the elements in a very specific way to maintain a certain harmony between the house, the garden and the visitors.
