Treepack has completed a new mural on a facade in the Port of Antwerp for the Antwerp company Link Engineering. The artwork, called "Linkwizard," depicts an anonymous and timeless character as an engineer working on connecting pipeline structures and electric motors. Meanwhile, Treepack created more than 30 murals in the city of Antwerp, including some of the largest in Belgium.
The artwork's design is inspired by the dynamic environment of the facade and is designed to stand out. The pipeline structure almost literally creates a bridge in the physical, underlying environment. Link Engineering's logo is also prominent in the artwork, but is applied as a supporting visual element. The silhouette of a petrochemical refinery can be seen in the background.
As a technical study and project staffing agency, LiNK Engineering Group has many years of relevant expertise. For a wide variety of industrial sectors, they support the entire life cycle from project creation to maintenance and improvement of operational assets. They analyze technical issues and "link" their experts to project organograms.
To brighten up the environment around the Antwerp port area, they partnered with the organization Treepack to create this monumental work of art. In addition, this artistic intervention is part of a recruitment campaign to attract suitable personnel for their organization. The befriended company Electropartners was only too happy to offer their facade for this work of art.
