In the run-up to the European Football Championship 2021, Treepack and the Royal Belgian Football Association joined forces to create a work of art on the walls next to the indoor training ground of the Red Devils at the Poximus Basecamp in Tubize.
The artwork entitled ‘Golden Moments’ depicts 6 memorable moments from the recent history of the golden generation of the Red Devils and 3 moments from that of the national women’s team, the Red Flames.
In consultation with the RBFA, Treepack transformed the gray flank next to the field into one large, cohesive spectacle in which 9 different stories are incorporated and to which many great memories are linked. The style in which we presented this was deliberately chosen in such a way that the images are timeless and contain some form of anonymity that will also inspire and motivate the next generations of Belgian star players to shine for our country.
These murals became, among other things, the eye-catchers in the campaign videos for the European Championship in which the players involved bring out their memories linked to these golden moments. The talk show ‘Devil Time’ (VTM) was also recorded in the indoor hall, where this artwork forms the direct backdrop for the program.
